Niiice!: It’s Rappin’ Ronnie

01 Oct

Niiice! is a new segment here at GeekUSA, where we scour the length and width and depth of that thing we call “the internets” to bring you random, awesome, and obscure web videos and things you may have forgotten about.

Today, we look at Rappin’ Ronnie, a mid-80s music video satirizing how the GOP regarded black and inner city voters back in the day.  Of course, nowadays it’s totally different and the leading Republican presidential candidates even showed up at an African-American-centric debate on PBS, hosted by Tavis Smiley never mind.

“Light my fire, black people.  Light my fire.”
